High-vibe living. The comeback term of the ‘60s-generation.

No matter what you were told about that decade, nobody can deny that they were on to something. But it was an old energy, and the world wasn’t ready for it.

Now, that’s all changed.

What is high-vibe living anyway?

Have you ever felt in the zone? Everything you did seemed to fall into place. Regardless of your surroundings, nothing or nobody could kick you off that feel-good moment. That, my friends, is high-vibe living.

Everything is energy. Your body is made up of energy-producing atoms and particles that are constantly moving. It’s not just a spiritual concept. It’s also good old physics.

Well, everyone and everything gives off a specific vibration. Whether it’s a slow or fast vibration depends on the frequency (the rate at which the oscillation occurs).

Are you still with me?

In simpler terms, think of a fan. If you turn the dial to high oscillation, the blades seem to disappear. If you turn it to a low oscillation, the blades are easy to see. That is exactly how vibration and frequency work. Kind of neat, huh?

The higher the vibration and frequency of your body, the healthier and happier you feel. But if you’re around negative environments or hold onto trapped emotions, you will vibrate at a lower frequency that leaves you feeling down and sick. And since the rule of physics proves that like attracts like, you will only attract more of the same to you unless you consciously work to change your vibration.

Today, we hear a lot about the ascension process, but ascension is about raising your level of consciousness (knowledge). It’s called wisdom! By opening your mind and not living in a box of pre-programming, we raise our vibration.

I’m not saying it’s always easy. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and everyday circumstances can affect us. This is why some people get in a rut and don’t realize the vibration they give off. But YOU have the power to change it.

How to change your frequency.

Your personal energy level is based on your intentions, thoughts, and emotions. How you feel influences everything you think and do. This is why a person’s environment is important. If your surroundings are happy, you’ll vibrate faster than if you were in an environment of fight or flight.

By remaining aware of your environment, you can make small adjustments every day. Like a stone thrown in a river, one ripple leads to transformational life changes.  

  • Thought. I know, I know. We get tired of hearing “think positive.” When you’re feeling down, that’s a tough thing to hear. We are human. But thought travels faster than light. So, although we can’t ignore things that happen in the world, we can turn our attention to things that make us feel good.  Why? Because if you focus on that negative aspect, you’ll attract more of it.

  • Food & Drink. Everything we ingest has a vibration. Have you ever eaten anything that made you sick? Well, the vibration of that food doesn’t resonate with your body. Eating high-frequency foods is probably the toughest thing to do in a world that thrives on convenience. Come on, we love our potato chips. Just have everything in moderation. Eating high-vibe, unprocessed foods and drink is best.

  • Words. Yes, every word has a frequency. Did you know love and faith have the highest vibrational frequency? Kind of cool, huh? Be conscious of what you say. Use positive high-vibe words.

  • People and places. Ok, we all have people around us that really don’t lift us up. Whether it’s family, friends, or even a coworker, you’ll need to remove toxic people from your life. Don’t engage in upsetting conversations. Also, if you go to places that give you the heebie-jeebies, trust your gut, and avoid them. 

Habits that keep your vibe high.

Breaking old habits is very hard for most humans to do, but you’ve got to start somewhere. Be conscious of those small, everyday habits that have a big impact on your vibration.

Here are some things that you can do every day to raise your vibration.

The first step to making any life changes starts with awareness. Raising your awareness not only changes you, but it changes the collective consciousness of the world. But change doesn’t happen overnight.

Be conscious and intentional with your habits.

In a short time, you’ll start to see that the positive frequencies you draw into your life snowball into something magnificent. I promise.
