Practice creating your reality every morning.

The only time your body stops resisting is when you sleep. The best time to start creating your reality is the moment you wake up and before you begin thinking of your day (or even yesterday’s) agenda.

Take a few moments each morning to get into the feeling of love and happiness. Notice that I said “feeling?”

Think of something that brought you amazing joy and hold that feeling for at least 20 seconds. Think of nothing else. The feeling that results from that thought is enough to start attracting those same frequencies.

This is Law of Attraction 101.
